After months of research and talks with the local inhabitants of Baa Atoll islands, we’re thrilled to be able to offer a range of fantastic volunteering opportunities in this magnificent area of the Maldives!

The Baa Atoll, Maldives has been declared a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve – an area of natural excellence recognized for its unique harmony between man and nature.

Our Volunteers are now able to take part in a number of Conservation initiatives with several islands in the area, and we’re delighted that some of the tourist resorts in the Atoll are on board with us in ensuring that not only is the fragile Eco system of the Maldives getting additional hands on support, but in doing that, so are the local communities being made better aware of their environment, and together can introduce sustainable systems to better care for their unique environment.
